Montreal’s Moment!Culture Book Launch for Quino’s Mafalda

We invite you to the book launch of the first edition of Mafalda on June 12th at 6:00pm at Moment!Culture at Espace Amalgame. “Mafalda” comics have at last been translated by Frank Wynne into English language thanks to Archipelago Books in Brooklyn, New York. Now the message of this iconic character will spread immeasurable further throughout the whole world. Our cultural space Moment!Culture at Espace Amalgame, Mafalda’s home in Montreal, will join this June 12th celebration that will take place simultaneously in Brooklyn and the Mile-End. It is with great enthusiasm that we announce that our Moment!Culture boutique will have the first and only English copies in the city of Montreal and Canada for sale at this event. See you then!
